Love the way you’ve written the men: lonely, tender and soft, your own shattered life, the shock of the graveyard and its “awful & crude” man. I felt my chest crack when I read “from being somebody’s son”. Yes. I know this long, quiet cry. “Without tenderness nothing changes”. Thank you 🙏
